Liverpool got goals from Steven Gerrard and Fernando Torres to win 2-1 against Blackburn Rovers.
Gerrard scored first in the 20th minute while Torres’ was in the 44th minute. Blackburn’s lone goal came in the 40th minute from Keith Andrews.
The win puts Liverpool within one point of 4th place while Blackburn Rovers are in 11th place with 34 points.
